1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with Gemina for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
This guarantee applies to your initial subscription purchase as well as to subscription renewals. For renewals, the 30-day refund window begins on the renewal date.
2. How to Request a Refund

When submitting your refund request, please include your account email address and the reason for your refund. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
3. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Upon receiving a refund, your subscription will be cancelled and your access to paid features will end at the conclusion of your current billing period.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. If you cancel within the 30-day refund window, you are entitled to a full refund as described above.
If you cancel after the 30-day refund window, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
5. Payment Processing
Our payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. All refunds are handled through Paddle's payment infrastructure. For any payment-related inquiries, you can also contact Paddle directly through your purchase receipt.
